Hillary Clinton Weighs in on Sanjaya and American Idol

On a radio talk show this morning, Senator Hillary Clinton was asked what the United States could do about Sanjaya Malakar, the Idol contestant routinely criticized for being the worst of the remaining contestants. Despite his seemingly lesser talent, he hasn't been voted one of the bottom three contestants in weeks.

"That's the best question I've been asked in a long time", the Senator responded, but she refused to ansdwer the question directly, telling American that they are free to vote for whomever they wish, just like in the Presidential election next November.

"That's true in my election, and it's true on American Idol," the Senator said.

No word yet on what Ms. Clinton thinks of Sanjaya's mohawk.
